Warranty Terms And Conditions...

This warranty does not extend to any merchandise that has been physically damaged, or is not under normal operating conditions as a result of mishandling, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, accidental damage, abuse, misuse, or improper installation on the Purchaser or Users part. This warranty also does not extend to any damage caused by repairs, servicing, upgrades, or enhancements that are made by anyone other than Crave Systems.

All claims for shortages or DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be reported in writing to Crave Systems upon receipt of shipment.

If any tamper proof labels are removed from the case by anyone other than a Crave Systems Technician, then all warranties are void, including extended warranties purchased. No refunds will be given.

Crave Systems is not responsible for any costs incurred due to shipping product back for warranty work, including but not limited to theft and damage. It is the customer's responsibility to cover any and all shipments with adequate insurance.

Most warranty repairs and replacements will be completed as promptly as possible. There may be some instances where parts are unavailable for various reasons outside of the control of Crave Systems, such as waiting for a part or component to be returned from the respective manufacturer for completion of warranty. If a part is found to be obsolete through no fault of the vendor, the customer will be given the choice to upgrade to an equivalent part or item. No monetary value will be given to the obsolete part. Due to the rapid and ever changing nature of computers and related technologies, obsolescence is a common occurrence.

This warranty does not cover damage to the Computer System in any way as a result of Spyware, Adware, Malware, Pop-Ups or Virus infection etc. of any kind. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to maintain the Computer System and to use common sense when operating the Computer System.

Crave Systems will not be held liable for any claims or statements of, but not limited to, capacity, speed, suitability for use, compatibility for use, and performance of equipment made by the respective manufacturers.

All warranty work must be accompanied by the Crave Systems original bill of sale or invoice. If an original bill is not submitted, then all work performed shall be subject to Crave Systems normal parts and labour charges. Crave Systems reserves the right to request for proper identification before performing any warranty work.

All warranties are non-transferable.

Crave Systems does not warranty any software, software support, or brand name items, as these are all covered by standard manufacturer warranties. If any problems arise from any of these brand name items such as monitors, scanners, printers, cameras, microphones, or any peripheral hardware, then all claims of warranty must be addressed to the respective manufacturer.

Under no circumstance is Crave Systems responsible for any loss of information at any time during, but not limited to, repairs, warranty work, set ups, and data transfer. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure all information that is deemed important by the customer is backed up and stored. The restoration of any backup software is the sole responsibility of the customer, but Crave Systems may elect to assist in the restoration process as part of a service.

Opening of a computer case, removal of serial numbers, removal of warranty labels, or servicing of any computer equipment by anyone other than Crave Systems voids all warranties with Crave Systems. All products that are found to be abused, misused, modified, altered, physically damaged, neglected, or mishandled voids all warranties.

Acceptance of goods constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions of warranty.
